When I was in high school, we had a class--which I took-- called The Bible as Literature. The teacher was a Christian man who took his faith seriously. This was in the early 70s, during the Jesus Movement. And my high school had an Ichthus Club, too, but I didn't join. All this despite the fact that our school mascot was El Diablo--the devil. Interesting, huh? As to the elder abuse in NYC and the punks who get a slap on the wrist for it, I don't know if this organization is still around or not, but back in the day, there was an organization called the Gray Panthers, who fought for rights for seniors. Frankly, I think all the seniors in New York, both city and state, should get together and file a class action lawsuit against the city for their lack of justice for these people. I'm a senior myself, and I would be carrying a weapon to use against any punk that thought that bashing an old person was fun, like a machete to cut the leg off of anyone who kicked me. And I'd likely cut off any and all nearby bodily structures, if you get my drift. As for those two reporters in Seattle, I'd like to know what the left's definition of "peaceful " is. And those reporters should also file class-action lawsuits against the media and Antifa. Both they and the seniors should use social media to the max to get their stories out, and bring righteous indignation down on the media, left-wingers and terrorists in general, and just keep screaming until something gets done.
