Regarding Telegram, there have been times a message has popped up on YouTube in the comments of a few sites I regularly visit. They say things like let's take this offline, etc.. The people on these vlogs I visit have publicly said they have nothing to do with these Telegram messages. From the description I read of Telegram, it's leaving itself wide open for use by scammers, etc.. There's a limit on free speech; like, you can't go into a crowded public place and yell "Fire!" if there isn't one. If he wants to stay in business, he needs to get the riffraff out of his site so we are not hounded by scams.
That's been a longstanding myth, that you can't yell "fire."
Though it originated from a 1919 Supreme Court case (Schenck v. United States) it was overturned by the Supreme Court in Brandenburg v. Ohio in 1969. Speech can only be limited if its is directed to produce an imminent lawless action and likely to incite such an action.
QUEER THEORY = EVIL SICK ABOMINATION THEORY
