Thank you! I had already read about the ruling on FB and was happy to hear about that. What I'm interested in knowing, how can an illegal consider themselves harmed or have a legitimate complaint/lawsuit if they are not an American citizen?

I would also like to see the United States adopt more severe penalties for illegal immigrants as the other countries.

I would like to see severe penalties soon for Mayourkas. The financial damage done to America is real. The taxpayers are paying now to deport them.

Thank you for your comment — and I’m right there with you on the frustration.

You raise a great question: How can someone here illegally even file a lawsuit against the U.S. government?

It’s one of the absurdities of our legal system today. While they’re not citizens, illegal immigrants can claim certain “constitutional protections” once they’re physically inside the country — especially if they’re arguing that a government policy violates “due process” or creates unequal treatment under the law.

That’s how these lawsuits even get into court.

Frankly, it’s an abuse of our system — and it’s being weaponized by activist lawyers and judges who want open borders by another name.

As for Mayorkas? I couldn’t agree more. The financial, social, and security damage done under his leadership is staggering. There absolutely should be real accountability — and that includes legal and financial penalties for failing to uphold the oath of office.

We’ll keep shining light on all of this. Stay tuned — I'm sure there's more to come.
