I wish all Black people would go to their local library, or online, and look up Black people in history who made their mark for the good of our country. They should read their biographies, and see what they had to do to obtain their goals in life, despite prejudice and Jim Crow laws. If they did, they would find that all these Black pioneers, the inventors, the scientists, the politicians, and so on, simply put their minds to obtaining their goals, and they did it through hard work, politeness, and humility. This was the secret of their successes. Entitlement wasn't in their plans. Even after the Civil Rights laws went into effect, the most successful Black people kept their heads high, believed in themselves, kept their noses clean, and worked hard to fulfill their dreams and goals. It can still happen, once Black people get over their races' past injustices and move forward. It may surprise people that White people have suffered injustices too. Jews, Christians, Catholics, Irish, Germans, have all experienced injustice in history. When speaking of the injustices of the Japanese-Americans after the bombing of Pearl Harbor during World War II, what's often overlooked is that there was a plan to put German Americans and Italian Americans into camps like they did to the Japanese Americans, but there were loud protests from the German and Italian Americans that shot that idea down in a hurry. God never said that one race is superior to another. Of course, try telling the Ku Klux Klan that, but they're the ones who have to face God for what they have done. The bottom line is, I believe all the Black pioneers of the past are shaking their heads and wondering what has gotten into the heads of today's people.
