Thanks Marvin. There was a bit of "apples and oranges" going on, no doubt. I think Mr. Huish was correct in his "overall" perspective of the FBI. And he made some great points that if the FBI gets "out of hand" there are attorneys like himself that will stand in the gap, including judges. But those attorneys cost money, which I think the FBI is also fully aware of. Not a lot of people can afford $250+ hr attorneys and will chose to self-censorship.

$100,000+ to prove that you are innocent and to purchase the freedom that was stolen from you makes it sound like the system is broken. I was raised to naively believe that you were innocent and had 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 14th amendment rights until the court could prove you were guilty. The grotesque monstrosity that the judicial system has grown into is sickening.

Most reputable attorneys are going to steer clear of criticizing the FBI. He basically said the same thing, to avoid getting involved in something political that could reflect negatively or put one in the crosshairs. In my opinion the system HAS been weaponized when it comes to politics circa Donald Trump era.

Right on point Marty! Liked the way you held the defense attorney's feet to the fire. Seems like Mr. Huish wanted to view Apples and Oranges as ONE fruit instead of case by case which can be totally different. Keep up the good work!

Typically said by an attorney , always looking to protect himself on the internet. All lawyers in this country are the responsible party in the corruption of this country , they are the ones that write the laws in Congress , plus are more interested in how much money they can make off their clients. Everything this attorney mentioned in his little speech was how the FBI has the power to enter your house without a warrant or with a warrant , because the info they give to a judge to get that authority is nothing but lies. We have proof of that with the FBI giving false info to the FISA courts during the TRUMP ADMINISTRATION , not only once but three times . The poor people who were in the crowd on January 6 are still in jail two years later and why is that , if this attorney was sincere about his attempt to represent them who are still locked up , I wasn’t impressed.
