At around 46:00, it is suggested that FBI disenfranchises its own constituency in targeting Catholics over their radical, traditionalist ideology. Nothing could be further from the truth. Traditionalist Catholics are nearly 100% ideologically conservative. The operative term here is "traditionalist". In my entire life, I have known exactly two traditional Catholics who stated that they embraced ideological Leftism which on the face of it greatly suspect since these are grossly incompatible. I am now 73 and identify, not as traditional Catholic, but even worse, a genuine Catholic. This is not because my convictions are impeccably Catholic, but, as are yours, I am aware that mine are imparted by God by communion with Him and not unilaterally or by men. If that does not identify an individual as an enemy of the diabolically influenced state, I don't know what will. When it doesn't, the convictions themselves which are certainly not traditional in the truly traditional sense illustrated quite succinctly in the life of Jesus and the New Testament. are incoherent and suspect.

I would point out that a "chatty" format often leads to inconsistencies and imprecision in the message. I hardly think there are inconsistencies in your convictions but imprecision leads to loss of credibility since we serve a God who is impeccably precise. When we depart from that precision we are identified immediately by the deceived, who Satan insures are not deceived as all in any event in which we depart from the truth that initiates and emerges only from God. Who would know this better than the most determined enemy of our welfare?

We tried non-chatty, very carefully delivered words and...people tuned out.

At that time (the non-chatty time) our podcast downloads were anywhere from 25-50. After changing to the chatty format, our downloads increased to 750-1,200.

I understand. I would add though that it is expedience that has all but killed the life of God once resident in my own Church. It is not numbers that justify your noble efforts but how the God that resides within you is represented. I used the word "chatty" not because I believed friendly and casual conversation is detrimental. I say this because it has far greater capacity to be imprecise or inappropriate and muddies the water around your essential conclusions. I have discovered the hard way through my own loose tongue that there is also a considerable capacity for damage here which I believe is worth defending against. It is not lost on me how few scholars and theologians were included in the ranks of the Apostles. The reason for this is that Jesus was not on a mission to impart the means of evaluation of God to His faithful but the vision of God. It is that vision that first compelled me to God as a child, and again after my rebellious teen years, as it does today, I have concluded that in the case of a great many theologians, their avocation is tolerated by God as a means of "keeping them off the street". The point is, as horrible as the works of the devil are, they are only the RESULT of something far worse. We have taken up the cause of our own welfare, even our spiritual welfare which only God Himself can secure, and abandoned sustained attendance to the Person, and the true needs and desires of God revealed not even by our understanding of Scripture but in Jesus' reestablishment of the possibility of our communion with Him. We have been re-enabled by the death, resurrection, and acclamation of us by our risen Savior to our Father enabling our participation in His Sonship with respect to our Father. This is not mere emulation of Jesus but the reestablishment of the intimacy with the triune God shared by our first parents. It is this most often misunderstood feature of our life with God that provides His precision and perfection to our convictions derived from Scripture, and speaking for myself, provides immeasurable passion for Him. As revealed in scripture, Jesus rarely addressed the moral or social dilemmas of His day. He was aware that what would ultimately destroy the tyranny of moral and social filth was not our righteous opposition. Few of us understand how these efforts actually have the capacity to diverge from Jesus mission because of their capacity for becoming a self centered pursuit of our own welfare of which we are incapable except that God provides it. This hardly means that inhumanity does not need to be opposed but that what destroys all tyranny and evil is not our opposition to evil but in an incessant immersion in communion with God, where it is our attendance to Him alone that becomes our unqualified mission. That disposition is our rejection of the world and a participation in our destiny of Heaven. God is not distant as we so often conclude but immediately proximate for those willing to see. You have this vision, even if somewhat unrecognized at the moment, and a platform. There is nothing more compelling, and I might add, useful to the salvation of others than the sharing of that vision. as God directs. I don't know what form that sharing that might actually take, but I do know that there will be far less attention drawn to works of the devil and much more to the God who is the origin of all truth. Our singular attendance to God is never in conflict with our right to dominate and defeat evil.

At 52:30 it is suggested that so called birth control may prevent some abortions when birth control has actually been demonstrated much more convincingly to be the cause.
